Chad is unbelievable. He came to my home to help fix a distributor problem I was having. I was trying to leave for the Frankenmuth Car show and it looked like I was going to have to cancel because I could not get the car started. Chad came to my house and had the issue corrected in an hour and the car running great. Not many owners would just drop everything and come to someone's house a repair your vehicle. I had a Procharger installed on my 88 Pontiac Fiero. It was a custom built job, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Also, the seats were reupholstered and the temperature gauge repaired. All perfect work. A great experience with Chad and his crew.
Honest, skilled, dedicated to their work; craft and customer satisfaction. Kromrey Kustoms and performance are very knowledgeable. I have had work done by other automobile restoration shops. Most of them bad actors, did terrible job, charged a lot of money. Kromrey Kustoms is a first class auto restoration shop. Chad, the owner, drove 4 hours to inspect the 1969 Chevrolet C20 pickup truck that we were interested in to verify that it was in good working condition without rust or any unknown or hidden defects that could be a nightmare to fix. He helped us negotiate the price down, which more than covered the cost of his inspection and transportation of the truck back to Howell.
