So pissed off!! It has been 27 day since I was removed/replaced in 24 hours . And the replaced Apt. Has No AC! What the heck? The Tech training a new 20 something - could not figure out the issue!! It has now been 45 Day's,with a broken AC/Heat unit -5 days ago Allegiance did override the unit to get me AC,but I now have no heat,the other issue is the unit is running 24//7 for the last 6 days. I have been living at Sandpebble apartments for just about a year and let’s just say this place was not move in ready by any means after moving in I noticed a lot of things wrong with the unit. First off I was an emergency move from another Kroger property and I took the place to get out of where I was living it was not safe to many things happening. On 05/04/25 1 p.m. some person ran into my apartment, maintenance was a building away,he actually got the Manager to come to the site of my now condemned apartment - I had a new apartment in 2 hours. Nice - but the heater/ AC unit only worked that night. I have contacted you and the manager numerous times.. It's 05/23/25 I still have no Heat/AC. Nevada law is 48 hours. What can you do ?
