Kromer investments failed to pay Nevada energy bills, now residents don’t have hot water.
So pissed off!! It has been 27 day since I was removed/replaced in 24 hours . And the replaced Apt. Has No AC! What the heck? The Tech training a new 20 something - could not figure out the issue!! It has now been 45 Day's,with a broken AC/Heat unit -5 days ago Allegiance did override the unit to get me AC,but I now have no heat,the other issue is the unit is running 24//7 for the last 6 days. I have been living at Sandpebble apartments for just about a year and let’s just say this place was not move in ready by any means after moving in I noticed a lot of things wrong with the unit. First off I was an emergency move from another Kroger property and I took the place to get out of where I was living it was not safe to many things happening.
