Great breakfast! The Rancher Skillet is the bomb!!
Business response:
Great to hear Mike, and we are glad you enjoyed the Rancher Skillet! : ) We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon.
Knolls Diner is one of my regular stops when in the Bismarck/Mandan area.....always great food and excellent service in a great environment .......they never disappoint me........
Needed a liver n onion fix, got it perfectly cooked liver. Potatoes are real by the way
I called in a takeout, got 2 French toast, and 1 slice of wheat toast, when the lady read back the order she read it back correctly. Then I get it and drive home, open my box and find no toast. Call back and ask what happened with my toast, she said she didn't ring it up, but yet it was read back correctly?
Business response:
Thanks for taking time to review and let us know about your experience. We'll check into what happened last week and also start double checking the to go orders before they go out the door.
