We needed to replace an 18-yr-old furnace and AC. from the visit to assess what was needed and to give a very fair estimate of the cost to the clean, efficient, and quick installation, we have been very pleased. we are enjoying the quiet running unit and feel that Kroll Furnace gave a very good service for our need.

After calling 4 places to get a new furnace and hot water heater, Krolls had the best price. Plus the co-cowner Ruth Ann was helpful explaining all my questions. She had her husband, Greg, came and gave me an estimate. I liked it . Later his son and co worker installed both. All this was done on time as they promised. All the work was flawless and the clean up good also. Not one hitch in all of this. I would give them an A plus and would suggest all go to Kroll Furnace for their needs.

we just had kroll furnace install a new furnace,and i am very happy with the service we got.from explaining the different options in furnace /ac units,to the quick install with care that they showed to our floors by covering the path to the basement.and when they were done they called me,to help with the paperwork for the rebates and sent them in for me.they were great.
