Do not use Kroger specialty pharmacy. They are the worst at communicating the worst at getting you your medicine delivered. I’ve missed several of my infusions due to their poor communication. There’s no urgency they do not care and the sadder part is is I work for Kroger.
Absolute rubbish. No one cares if you get your needed medications or not.
Do not use this specialty pharmacy if you need your medications quickly. I cannot get my prescriptions sent out despite at least 7 calls to this pharmacy over the past 2 weeks. No one will take my payment, and there is no way to call the pharmacy directly. Multiple times they have said they will call me back for payment and they never call me back.
