This pharmacy was incredibly helpful with me today as I struggled to find a refill on a prescription that my regular pharmacy did not have in stock, and could not commit to a time frame to fill. The staff were incredibly friendly, verified that the item was in stock and facilitated the transfer so that I could pick it up and not get off schedule with my treatment dose. I am very grateful for their help.
If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would.Horrible customer service rude pharmacy manager.I would recommend going somewhere else where you can actually be treated like a person and not a number.
Customer service is dead at this pharmacy. Go here if you feel like getting yelled at by staff and leaving without your prescriptions.
Worst pharmacy ever. We stopped going there due to several instances of them telling us that they never received a prescription but our Drs sending multiple times. Haven’t been in a few years and tried it again tonight. When I called they said they didn’t have it. So I called my Dr, who then called in and was told it was ready. My husband drove there and they said they didn’t have it, that he should try Amelia’s location.
