We have had two issues with the pharmacy and Little Clinic this weekend. My wife has two monthly meds which are now out of sync with each other because Kroger's automated system failed to send her an alert. We were able to pick up one of the meds and when we got home found two bottles in the bag. They are the correct prescription but had been separated in two different pill bottles for a reason that wasn't explained to us. Always friendly and answer the phone promptly if I ever have any questions.
God forbid you urgently need your medicine, and somebody the pharmacist knows is at the counter! You WILL be ignored while he carries on a who-knows-how long conversation! Advise going to Walmart or, better yet, South Side Drug Co.!
I have not experienced any issues with this pharmacy. The older lady has been courteous and helpful. I have experienced rudeness and a "you're bothering me at the pharmacy by the Shell gas station. So, I moved to Kroger.
