This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life and I worked for Kroger's for 8 years. Some of the cashiers are straight up RUDE I never thought I would say this but guess I'm going to Walmart now. Managers need to step up there game and get on the ball.
I will never ever ever order a cake again from Kroger's!!!! I was unpleased with our cake we got today, this wasn't the first incident we've had with them however we will always give somewhere a second try! I understand that their busy however when u spell out a name on paper and look off it to write on the cake it's not that difficult! The cake was falling apart as soon as we cut it and the icing was not as good as it used to be! All around very very unhappy with the Kroger bakery!

Ever go to Wal*Mart & Kroger's and you having to stand in line and there all these registers closed because there nobody working them? Why have all these empty registers what's the point hiring cashiers when you don't have all your registers occupied with the cashiers that you employ. Let's show an example if you have 30 registers you should have 30 of your cashiers you employed working them however long you stay open.
Get the new Halo Top ice cream flavors please. Its a dieters dream lol. They have cookie dough .,cookies and cream , and peanut butter cup to name a few!
It was my insurance that messes up so Krogers did a good job I just had to pay $684.89 so hopefully I can get my money back. Plus I am trying to change my insurance in process now. But Kroger was good to me and really tried to help me. So they did good. Thanks Donna Swords
