I ordered via FTD to have flowers delivered to my daughter for her birthday at OSU. 1st is what I paid for & 2nd is what She got. So disappointed�

I went to the bulk food area and saw that many containers were empty but the food item in plastic boxes was on the shelves for a higher price. Pretty tricky. Lost a sale there!
