Very informative and professional.
Tonight, I arrived right at close and the team was leaving. Literally walking out the door, and they stopped and helped me anyways. Nowadays, most retail would have said, “I’m sorry, but we open tomorrow at (insert time).” but the pharmacy team was very sweet and accommodating. They deserve all of the kudos. I’ve had a crazy schedule, so I’m extremely grateful. THANK YOU!
Totally disgusted with this particular pharmacy. I’ve been using Kroger for more than a decade in Columbus.( A number of locations ) I only began having problems when I came to Chillicothe. I am on medications regularly, but each visit seems to bring a new “policy” which conveniently covers their shortcomings. I’ve been forced to do without my medications because I trust what they say and by the end of my month prescription, they will, in fact, change the information.
