Got my flu shot in a timely manner and did not have to wait long and they were courteous.
This is one of the most inefficient businesses in Shelbyville. I’ve been asked, in the past, to pull around while a problem is solved to allow others to receive their drive thru pick up in a timely manner. Yet there have been countless times I’ve had to sit and wait in excess of 15 minutes for just one car to pull away, 30+ for all the cars in front of me. In trying to help my newborn get the meds she needs when the prior auth denied what was prescribed the staff was less than helpful with my doctor office or myself in determining what insurance would approve. The person answering the phone was unprofessional, hung up on me, and when i called back and asked for the manager said nothing and just put me on hold. Horrible customer service.
