Very rude. I called 17 minutes after opening and I didn’t get a word in before someone said “hold” and immediately sent me to hold. I was on hold for 40 minutes so I decided to just drive here. Still on hold I go up to the pharmacy and tell them I’ve been on hold for an hour now and I just want to check my order status. The pharmacy was not busy. There were 3 people back there and one customer in front of me that was taken care of quickly. I’m told it’ll be just 15 more minutes. I wait 15 minutes and come get my medicine. Th... read more
