We seem to have a hard time getting our sons many medications auto refilled. Learned today that auto refills expire!? But they do not tell you when it happens and you have to physically go into the store to sign back up. I can call over the phone to set them up, but have to go into the store to sign them back up. Completely inconvenient. We have a son that is disabled making it incredibly hard to just walk into the store. My biggest complaint. NO ONE told me his auto refills had expired!
Not going back customer service lacking and disorganized.
This store is a mess! It is supposed to be a Marketplace but it doesn't carry the selection that the small store carried. The shelves have 5 and 6 facings of the same items. The store in Perrysburg is much better, and less excuses from the store manager.
Love your store now that it is being upgraded. Now you all need to get new carts for our children with special needs. I love taking my kiddo to the store. but with your remodeling it is hard. but ......... now you all need to look into getting these carts Caroline's Cart Please please look into this. if you do get them please get more than one. thank ou
