Today I called Krogers repeatedly 6 times, to request that my prescriptions be delivered on the next business day, according to the pharmacy manager, apparently they were having technical phone problems and instead of using a smidgen of professional phone protocol they consistently hung up on me 6 times giggling like preschoolers.
