Kroger is my favorite grocery store. They champion at customer service on every level. Friendly and helpful associates, amazing produce and meats, great choices in their product lines, aesthetically pleasing stores. I could go on and on. How they so majorly fail with the pharamcy, at the Circleville Ohio location just completely stuns me. Over two years ago we pulled our prescriptions from here and went else where. For some reason, I am not given enough information on my receipt to do the survey. I would like to recognize Justin at the Circleville Kroger Pharmacy. He remembers me from my frequent visits and always has a positive attitude. I observed him yesterday as I waited for my prescription, which he pushed through for me, as I just had surgery that day. Circleville is always so busy you can't get up and down the isles you take your life in your own hands trying to get through the parking lot and don't even get me started on their pharmacy! Instead of putting money in it to up date it they should have tore it down and built a marketplace where carnival used to be
I would give it a zero if I could. Management is awful.
For the last 2 months, I or my husband, have dropped off my son's ADHD prescription (controlled substance) at this location to be filled. We were told that it was in stock and would be ready in 30-45 minutes. However, when we went back to pick it up, we were then told that they did not actually have it in stock. Last month We had to run around to 3 different Kroger pharmacies before finding one who had our med in stock! My son will now be without his meds in the morning... AGAIN!
