I am an avid Kroger shopper! Besides my bulk stuff from Sam's club Kroger is the only place I shop. I love how friendly everyone is and I love the prices and quality. However within the last two months I have had multiple issues with the baggers. One time the bagger forgot to give me all my groceries and I realized after I got home and went to start dinner so I had to pack up my son (8 1/2months pregnant) and drive back up to get the stuff they didn't give me even though I paid for it. We had a teen fundraiser tonight and realized that we forgot to buy the ice cream for dessert. We went in and asked if they could possible donate a gallon or so. They donated 5 big runs and then asked if we needed bottled water too! Thank you so much for supporting groups in your community! It made a huge difference and you now have a loyal shopper for life!

They are always out of sale items and never schedule enough help
