Not be so rude and they act like it's a big problem if you ask a question. never a smile or how are you today
I dont recommend the drive thru. People will sit there forever waiting for the meds to be filled instead of dropping off and coming back. And staff will not make them move.
hire people that really care not zombies with no communications skills
Kroger Pharmacy went way above and beyond for me this evening getting a prescription transferred for me that the doctors office sent to the wrong place. They had less than an hour before closing and took care of this for me with total kindness, courtesy and understanding. Can't say how much I appreciate them! Sarah is who I spoke with on the phone and she got the ball rolling. I don't know who the pharmacist was that had to make the call to the other place, but Thank You!
