I've used this pharmacy for the past 7 years and in the past six months it has been so bad that I am now switching pharmacies. They get a new prescription and can't get it filled within 2 weeks. If you really need your meds that day, DONT go here. I set up a pickup time to try and make the experience better and they tell me to come back in an hour. Well, I gave them over and hour. I sure hope this reaches the right person! Kroger I guess has been under new management recently, because this is all been a different experience for me. My meds are never filled, so I asked a couple days ago to switch over to a different pharmacy and they said “we technically don’t have to worry until 24 hours”. They didn’t even do that!!! I’ve used kroger for awhile now like years but here lately it’s been horrible service .. they don’t care about patients having their medicine. They never have my prescriptions ready when they say they will be . All they can tell you is we’re backed up .. I’m always running out of my medicine. I don’t recommend kroger to no one...
The pharmacy in krogers is terrible and pitiful, they won't answer phones and if they do they just pick up and hang up , when ypu talk to the manager over the pharmacy she just says she cant help it they dont just have people sitting around answering phones.. their drive thru has been shit down for the last month and the walk up window gets shut when ever they want to ... there is no order in that pharmacy .... and the workers seem stressed out and like it's even a bother for us customers to even be there.. when I told them ... read more
