My 3 year old daughter had antibiotics called in after hours. I called the next day and they said it wouldn’t be ready until 2:00. Then the pharmacist hung up on me because I questioned why they couldn’t have it done quicker. Terrible customer service.
I switched from neighborhood Walmart to Kroger thinking it would be better and boy was i wrong. I WILL now be switching back to Walmart for good. Last time I tried picking up my meds I was in the car line to get my medicine and they turned drive thru off once I had already waited forever. The staff here is always working hard to get things done. They have been under-staffed for a long while, but they keep working hard. Even when some customers are rude or highly upset, they handle it with calmness.
The pharmacy needs to stop hiring young teenagers. They are disrespectful to customers and careless with the medications.
