Called in a prescription on Tuesday, waited 3 hours, and went to go get it they told me it was going to be another hour, so I just told them ok, I'll come back tomorrow. Went back the nest day at 1:30 pm, and they said it wasn't ready and would be another hour... like what? It was an hour wait around 24 hours ago wtf?
First time I've tried to use them to fill a prescription because it was across the road from my doctor. After waiting 15 minutes they would not fill it because the billing code was not on the prescription. Back across the road to get the doctor to write that on the script. Back to Kroger and wait 15 more minutes. Now they say they can't fill it because the phone number I have doesn't match what medicare has for my phone number. Everyone in this pharmacy has always been nice and apologetic. The only reason why I'm giving them a 4 instead or a 5 star review is because this Pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed. So on a busy day you may have to wait longer for your prescription. But I feel like that's management and the White collars fault and not the workers. So they get a 4.5 star review from me and I would recommend this Pharmacy.
