Very convenient
I've been using the Kroger pharmacy for 5 years and I know the pharmacists and the techs. They are so sweet and professional. I get all my vaccines too. I love the window outside when I don't have time to go inside.
I had a terrible experience shopping at Kroger and will never go back. I was there to pick up some basic cold and flu pills for my husband, but they refused to sell them to me because I didn’t have a U.S. ID or passport. What kind of ridiculous policy is this? I understand restrictions for drugs or alcohol, but over-the-counter medicine? Seriously? As a tourist or visa holder, access to basic medicine is essential. If I could give below zero stars I would! The service of this pharmacy has drastically gone down in the last years and today was the last straw. I have been trying for over a week to get a refill on a prescription for my daughter both before and after a doctor's appointment (when I watched my with own two eyes the doctor put in the refill request) and was told they can't call to verify the prescription.
