I've been using the Kroger pharmacy for 5 years and I know the pharmacists and the techs. They are so sweet and professional. I get all my vaccines too. I love the window outside when I don't have time to go inside.

I had a terrible experience shopping at Kroger and will never go back. I was there to pick up some basic cold and flu pills for my husband, but they refused to sell them to me because I didn’t have a U.S. ID or passport. What kind of ridiculous policy is this? I understand restrictions for drugs or alcohol, but over-the-counter medicine? Seriously? As a tourist or visa holder, access to basic medicine is essential. If I could give below zero stars I would! The service of this pharmacy has drastically gone down in the last years and today was the last straw. I have been trying for over a week to get a refill on a prescription for my daughter both before and after a doctor's appointment (when I watched my with own two eyes the doctor put in the refill request) and was told they can't call to verify the prescription. Kroger is great and much better than Publix
