Counter staff is unorganized
Extremely perturbed and disappointed. After waiting for our medication (it was sent over around 3), I come to get the medication around 5:30 to be told I would have to wait because we’ve never filled here before (understandable). When I return over an 1.5 later, I’m told I can’t get the medication because it’s expired. Not a happy momma. I’m not sure why they don’t do inventory to check for expired medications.
