I am seriously considering switching pharmacies. I try to come in when there is a young man working because he always gets my prescriptions ready with no problems. If ANYONE ELSE is working I can't get my prescription for xyz reason. They say they will send a prior authorization for my medication and then repeatedly do not!!! I call my doctor and they don't have anything to sign. But if Triston is working, it would have been done no problem. Triston specifically gets a 5 star review. Everyone else gets a 1 star review.
Always friendly and professional. They always answer all my questions. Prompt. Respectful.
Short wait times and great service
The staff are just absolutely amazing.
Am I the only person that calls the pharmacy as a customer to ask a question and the phone rings and rings and rings. I think they need more people working there and am seriously thinking about changing to a different pharmacy. And my prescription was for a pain patch that needed pre-authorization from the insurance. They were going to check with the doctor then try to get the authorization. But I can never get my call answered to find out if this had been done. What is my prescription was something I needed to keep alive? K... read more
