My 4 year old son requires medication for a severe neurological issue. His Pediatric Neurologist regularly changes or increases dosage of his current medications. Each time something has changed this pharmacy has made the process a literal nightmare. Their level of communication with myself and the prescribing doctor is abysmal. If they need clarification for a current prescription they will only request it by fax to prescribing office. We got everything we needed but the people who bring in the carts need to be a little more careful and nice! I almost got hit by the guy bringing in carts and my stepmom yelled at him and he just gave her an awful look and didn't even apologize to me! How rude!
