We have used Kroger Pharmacy for many years and plan to move to downtown Huntsville. We had a conversation about finding another pharmacy closer to our new home. We decided we would rather drive than find another pharmacy. The staff is what makes this pharmacy superior.

This store NEVER has more than 2 Checkout people, no matter how covered up! We shop here all the time, and this part of the process ALWAYS disappoints!!
I was hung up on by the pharmacy technician when I inquired about the “closed” sign at the drive through during posted business hours. I didn’t say anything offensive; I just stayed that the sign outside should state that they are in fact still open if you walk inside. When I went inside and notified the pharmacist, she said “sorry” with zero affect, clearly not bothered at all.
