I visited the Kroger pharmacy at Holcomb Bridge yesterday and had a very disappointing experience with a customer service representative named Alyson. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I have encountered this issue. On multiple occasions, she has come across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help customers.
