I was told their coupon policy was changed due to Ohio and Indiana residents come to this store and manipulating the system. Doesn't seam fair to punish you local and loyal customers. Guess this means even thought they are lowering their prices I will be taking my business to Walmart. It's still cheaper and they don't restrict how many coupons I can use at once. Thanks again Kroger for punishing your loyal customers.
