Went to pick up meds at 8 and they was already closed... hours say open until 9
It would be nice if they had in stock what you needed. It's flu season why would you not be overstocked on flu meds? Tamiflu out of stock/ back ordered. The pharmacy companies said they learned alot from Covid about supply chain. Obviously that is not the case.
Drive thru never open. 5 employees in the pharmacy and I waited FOREVER even with no line.
Must be understaffed. Just waited 30 minutes to be told my meds got sent to a different Kroger. I won’t use Kroger for medication refills in the future
