If you sign in on the Kroger app under pharmacy you can easily see when your stuff is ready for pickup. They also can email and text you. I’ve never seen so much confusion in my life with older people going by the counter to “see if theirs is ready??” Need to sign up for the alerts bro. Staff always seems friendly
Followed all the protocols for mistakes on medication administration and was met with rude and condescending responses.
I don’t care for this pharmacy too much due to the rude staff, and they are very shorthanded and take forever

It is so hard for pharmacies to remain open during scheduled hours due to no staff I picked up a prescription on a Friday evening and staff was so friendly and helpful. Also needed something from the Lytle clinic and the girl at the desk was so friendly and so helpful
