I'VE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR 45 MINUTES BECAUSE THE WOMAN IN FRONT OF ME KEEPS ASKING THE SAME QUESTION OVER AND OVER AND OVER. IF HER STUFF ISN'T READY, TELL HER TO PARK IN A SPACE AND WAIT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
