we call and specifically ask if prescriptions are ready and are told they are ready for pick up when we arrive they are not ready sometimes it even takes a couple days extra these are the most incompetent people ever don't recommend use another Pharmacy anything but Kroger

I physically dropped off a prescription for processing and waited for the call that it has been filled. By the second day I went to the pharmacy to get the prescription only to be told that Pharmacy has lost the prescription. Not very professional. Very upset. I have now missed two days of dosing because of this. Do you think the pharmacy offer to contact the doctor or correct this situation? not at all.

Very good service at the drive-thru pharmacy today. It was worth the wait!
If I purchase a soda at your Kroger gas station and pay a $0.10 deposit when I return the empty bottle to that gas station they should refund me my $0.10 deposit! I should not have to go in to the Kroger grocery store and deal with all the meth heads and heroin addicts in the bottle room in order to return a single empty bottle when I paid the deposit at the gas station! If this is not illegal it's certainly unethical!
