I agree that the text notifications are problematic, but if you use the website (or app), it gives you the info you need. But as far as the staff - 95% of the time I get great service. Friendly, knowledgeable pharmacists and techs that go out off their way to lend a hand. I used to deal with a different pharmacy that was SO terrible - I'm really grateful I found this one!!
We send all of your prescriptions there and have never had an issue. They’re pretty timely as well
I was having issues with the Walgreens in Celina. I moved all of my prescriptions to Kroger. The associates were extremely helpful, understanding and got my prescription ready within an hour! Thank yall so much for the exceptional customer service!
