Last time I was in the store, after waiting 30 minutes, I asked how to make it so I could pick up my two medications, which currently refill a week apart, at the same time. I was given information about the med sync program and told they would call. They called today to tell me I am not eligible for the program because I don't have 3 medications. Horrible service while I have my sick 9 month old with me. Will never return again even though it is so conveniently located to my home.
Don't use this pharmacy. They are a chaotic mess.
Thank you for turning around my grumpy morning. All the "good morning's!' and 'hello's' from all the staff really put a smile on my face. Keep up the good work and excellent customer service - it does make a difference in todays unfriendly world!
My fiancé's doc faxed her prescription 1.5 hours before we walked through the door, so we did our shopping first. Then we went to the pharmacy and after waiting in line was told it would be 15 minutes, which is fine, however after waiting 15 minutes she went up again. And again they told her 15 minutes. The third time we went up and the girl had to find the drugs which showed ready, they just weren't where they were supposed to be. We are transferring her prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
