The fact not withstanding the service is slow and the entire operation is chaotic, the pharmacist refused to filled the prescription as written by the prescribing physician. The pharmacist felt he knew the patient, and what was needed, better than the examining physician. The pharmacist isn’t a medical doctor and needless to say has never seen the patient.
