there is one pharmacy tech, want to say his name is Andrew, absolute worst customer service. I dread having him the one either in store or drive thru when I have to pick up prescriptions. I've mentioned to the manager before but I guess he didn't take me seriously because the tech still acts snarky. I even witness him treating other customers poor.
This is the absolute slowest pharmacy that I have ever dealt with.
well I just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and when I finally pulled off an said forget it the car that had been at the window the entire time was still sitting there. I went inside a couple days ago and the wait was just as long.
Slooow.. Then not ready when I get there. Automated message said your prescriptions are ready for pickup. When I get there I’m told 2 more days for this one and 3 more days for another. Terrible customer service. Might be a good place to start a Pharmacy.. Maybe not might be better to just stick with groceries. Leave the meds to the professionals...
if you dont mind waiting hours for your medication then go to Kroger Pharmacy. and the staff now a days around there are rude right down to the pharmacist themselves.
