45 minutes in a drive thru pharmacy line is entirely too long!!!!!
Multiple issues over a few years however the last straw...i asked for a refill and was told that I never had the rx filled there. Always busy and overwhelmed staff seem to move at one pace and poorly trained. Have waited in the drive thru (my turn, not counting other cars) for 17 minutes before even being acknowledged. Currently have an rx that I need and apparently it was back ordered and they offered a solution of, “ we don’t know when we will get it.”
