Oge the pharmacist is unbelievably rude— not sure how he still has a job. He refused to speak to me on the phone when I was sick and had a question for him. He was busy so he kept trying to hand the phone to the tech and I repeatedly nicely explained that my question is for someone who went to pharmacy school. If you are looking to fill prescriptions that you NEED in order to function, don't send them here. I had a doctor send an extremely important prescription that I desperately need to this location. The following day, I went to see if it landed and to get a price check. After asking my name and date of birth and fumbling around in the system for several minutes they said they had no information regarding my prescription. We switched to this pharmacy from the Kroger on Cullen due to errors and poor communication. This one is no different. I ordered 4 refills yesterday. My husband picked up 3 today without knowing better. I called to find out where the missing one was. I was on hold for so long, I had to hang up. No explanation, no communication. I had my husband call back. Apparently, they were out of my RX and need to order more. They just never mentioned it. Incompetent
