Had to change ONE prescription to Kroger Pharm (Bedford TX Harwood Rd) because of a Medicare issue I had several choices to pick from like CVS Walgreens etc but this Kroger is close by and I occasionally shop there anyway Now they have no drive window which is a pain but its not a deal breaker And Ive only interacted with the pharmacists twice in the past 9 months and they were great However almost every associate Ive dealt with has had near zero customer relations skills and in fact seem slightly perturbed that you are both... read more

Best pharmacy staff is friendly and professional
This pharmacy is better than most by far the most friendly and responsive to their docs and their patients. They have some trouble with phones but that’s because they’re so good they’re super busy most of the time so be patient with them and they’ll do you right!
