I had a very good experience at this pharmacy. The location was clean, well maintained, and easy to access. Staff members were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the visit. The overall process was efficient and customer focused. I would gladly use this pharmacy again.
This pharmacy and their employees suck . Literally will pick up the phone to hang up. Why come to work if you don’t want to work ??
This pharmacy earns bad reviews consistently, and it’s interesting that they do nothing to improve or respond to negative feedback. No one seems to follow an organized process in the pharmacy. Prescriptions take days to weeks to fill with no explanation. Staff is discourteous, whether in person or over the phone. I’m sure they are over worked and understaffed, which I have sympathy for. However, it shouldn’t be at the expense of your customers’ livelihoods and comfort.
