This place is a joke. The drive through took half an hour with 4 cars in line. The staff is illetirate...
Great staff they do a great job
They are far worse than Walgreens. I guess I will be transferring all my Rx to Sentara hospital.
If I could give them zero stars I would. My mom was transferred here from Rite Aide and it’s been horrible, the worst pharmacy ever. Every time I go to get my moms medication they say she doesn’t have insurance ( which she does) we got it straight, or so we thought, go back again, same thing. I asked them to make sure they have all her information in the computer so we don’t have to go through this again…it happened several more times. Saturday, pharmacy drive thru is supposed to be open till 6:00pm, I pulled up the blind was down and sign said closed, so I parked there at the drive thru and called, it is now 5:40pm, the person answering the phone said drive thru is open now but closes at 6:00. I asked again how late is the drive thru open, today, Saturday and again she said till 6:00, so I asked is it open now, reply, yes, I said that’s interesting cause I’m parked right outside the drive thru window now, now reply, click !
