Improve service! Wait times for prescriptions to get filled are long and even longer for the lines to pick up the prescription. There is no sense of urgency by anyone working behind the counters. The wait times to get filled prescriptions is 20 to 30 minutes and don't even ask if you can get a prescription filled quickly!
when oh when will the drive thru be open. I moved all my prescriptions to be more convenient. is this a scam to get us back In store?
Went through the drive thru after my dental surgery and was told I had to leave the window and they would call my home phone when it was ready. I live 30 miles away so am not willing to do that so I am sitting in the parking lot since she said I could come back in 20 minutes to see if they were ready. I was not allowed to wait at the drive thru window.
