Add more employees to the Sunday schedule. On March 28, I Waited 10 minutes in line on Sunday to pick up prescription. A customer was at the counter for approximately 7 minutes waiting on a prescription. Three employees were in the pharmacy.
The pharmacist Hung-Phu in Riverdale, Ga. is very rude & disrespecteful. He also violated my privacy rights by yelling info from behind the computer to me instead of coming up to the counter. I had to say, "can you come over here to talk to me while you're letting the entire store know my business"?!! I transferred all of my familys' scripts as a result. I filed a complaint with 1800krogers, but since no one has contacted me back, I've started completing a complaint against him to the Ga. Board of Pharmacist/Gas is.
