Don’t recommend especially if you’re new to the area. Surprising because Kroger pharmacies are usually easy to work with. Not the case at this location.
Have been going for years and appreciate the staff so much. Once we turned down picking up something for my fiance as it was too expensive, and as we were shopping they called and had checked and noticed the insurance wasn’t updated so it was actually affordable. Appreciate them looking into it and have always had positive experience getting flu shots here as well.
If you use their pharmacy be prepared for telemarketing. How they thought anyone would want to be bothered with a phone asking you to switch any other prescriptions you may have is wild.
Seamless transition from CVS to my new pharmacy as CVS no longer takes my insurance 2 people waiting to attend to me. All my prescriptions ready in 2 days from the transfer. Answered all my questions with a positive outcome and demeanor . I’m very happy with my new pharmacy!!
The people that work there are the best people to deal with they are so caring and helpful.
