If you use their pharmacy be prepared for telemarketing. How they thought anyone would want to be bothered with a phone asking you to switch any other prescriptions you may have is wild.
Seamless transition from CVS to my new pharmacy as CVS no longer takes my insurance 2 people waiting to attend to me. All my prescriptions ready in 2 days from the transfer. Answered all my questions with a positive outcome and demeanor . I’m very happy with my new pharmacy!!
The people that work there are the best people to deal with they are so caring and helpful.
Kroger doesnt care about the pharmacy, or the community. Part of being a business in the community is caring about it. The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ive been too. The guy working the counter is rude and doesnt know anything. Couldnt be bothered to be asked anything. Another woman is rude everytime ive been here to me anyone else in line.
