Seamless transition from CVS to my new pharmacy as CVS no longer takes my insurance 2 people waiting to attend to me. All my prescriptions ready in 2 days from the transfer. Answered all my questions with a positive outcome and demeanor . I’m very happy with my new pharmacy!!

Kroger doesnt care about the pharmacy, or the community. Part of being a business in the community is caring about it. The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ive been too. The guy working the counter is rude and doesnt know anything. Couldnt be bothered to be asked anything. Another woman is rude everytime ive been here to me anyone else in line. if i could give zero stars i would. entirely unprofessional behavior i experienced today over the phone with the pharmacist. you cannot yell at patients over the phone trying to talk over me while i’m trying to explain to you why exactly im frustrated. you are rude, disrespectful and out of line. i truly hope you never speak to anyone like this on the phone again but since you were so comfortable doing it with me im sure this is the attitude you carry with you everyday.
