I called to this pharmacy on 2/28 at 9:08 a.m. and had a very upsetting experience with the pharmacist, Shalena. I called because I realized medication from my previous pickup was missing. That alone was stressful, as I rely on my prescriptions for my health and stability. When I provided the name of the medication that was missing, the pharmacist responded with “of course” and said it was the medicine that was “messing” with me. This was my first and last time using this pharmacy. The pharmacy techs were great, and helpful. The pharmacist, however, was smug and you could clearly tell she takes joy in shouting embarrassing instructions loudly at customers. I even told the tech while I was paying that I do not need instructions. It was as if the pharmacist was waiting for me to pick up my meds. They have been very helpful getting medication filled without any hassle. Easier to deal with than other pharmacies!
