Awesome pharmacist and pharmacy workers. My weekly injection pens got stuck and I was panicking so I called the pharmacy since I got my injection pens there. The pharmacist picked up the phone right away and after listening to my problem, hey immediately provided my the manufacturer's phone number as well as guided me on how to best explain the situation to the manufacturer. My doctor kept forgetting to send in new prescription for inhaler and I have been without it for a week. I went to the pharmacy, spoke to the pharmacist and he got on the phone to call my doctor right away, he told me to head out for lunch and within an hour and half I received a phone call from the pharmacist telling me my inhaler was ready for pick up.
