Not only was the pharmacy tech completely clueless on how to do her job... the pharmacist himself insisted they never received the prescription even though I was with my dr when he called it in! Finally they listened to hours of voicemails to learn that my dr had called in a prescription but they made me leave the line and come back an hour later to pick up my prescription. Customer service here has seriously tanked lately. Never been given so much attitude before. Pharmacist couldn't be bothered to talk to me. I believe after filling here for the last 6 years, it's time to switch.
Thank you Kroger Pharmacy on Little Elm Parkway. You guys pulled my dads prescription from the database during his evacuation from Hurricane Harvey.... and when you guys didn't have my dads meds, instead of telling me that I would have to go to another store to get it...YALL drove over there, picked it up, and had it ready within two hours of my first calling you! You made something that could have been very time consuming, and frustrating so very easy!
