This is typical.... Can’t speak to a pharmacy tech when you call, they have turned that option off. Go inside, the counter line is about 15 people deep. I would suggest finding a way to be more efficient, or hire more staff because you clearly can’t handle the volume you have. This is consistently a problem.
I usually am in and out going through the drive thru but tonight was bad. Literally was waiting in line for an hr
Poor customer service. They only care about running you through the system, not stopping to actually help the customer/patient. If you have a problem with a prescription don't trust them to speak with your doctor, they won't call. You have to stay on them daily/multiple times a day to actually get your prescription correctly filled. I definitely will be filling elsewhere from now on!
