They pick up the phone and hang up on you when they don’t want to deal with customers. They picked up the phone 3 times and hung up on me. I had to call the general manager to get them to answer the phone.
The technicians here are awful! So rude and incompetent. They interrupt and can’t admit when they make a mistake! I worked in pharmacy for many years and would never treat a patient this way! There is one male technician who was there that actually knew what he was doing and was polite but I’m sure they ran him off! I would never write this review if this hadn’t happened multiple times! I understand people have bad days, but all their days are bad!
Brad has went above and beyond to help me with all my medication issues
They need to fire Anu!!!! she is always rude it took another tech to get me the correct information she has no customer service skills. Ray was so helpful and everytime I have to deal with Anu its im busy or we dont have it or some other wrong information that makes me jump through hoops with doctor for no reason
