They need to fire Anu!!!! she is always rude it took another tech to get me the correct information she has no customer service skills. Ray was so helpful and everytime I have to deal with Anu its im busy or we dont have it or some other wrong information that makes me jump through hoops with doctor for no reason
Kroger's pharmacies can't even be called a joke, there isn't anything funny about how absolute trash they are, this particular one even more so. The pharmacy technicians here will flat out lie to you; Refills that are awaiting pickup are unfilled, called in prescriptions and was told they will be ready that same day by 5pm and go to pick it up the following day only to be told by the pharmacy tech that one of the prescriptions is on back order along with the other, then they go to check and find out they have one of them and... read more
