I'm not sure if this pharmacy has become incompetent, but they obviously are not doing their job as they are supposed to.. 3 times in the past 3 weeks they have totally messed up my prescriptions. I'm a type 1 diabetic so it's not like I can go without my insulin because you didnt call me to let me know you were out until I came to pick up...and that's not the only thing they screwed up. No one is nice when you pick up your medication. They treat you like you're stupid every time you ask them a question or they never have your medication in stock.
I absolutely love this store. I go ALMOST every day to get my starbucks fix. I love all the starbucks employees they know me by name they are SO kind to my kids. I can send someone in for my drink if I am babysitting and they still always get it right. I have NEVER had a problem with anyone who works here. Everyone is very nice and always smiling. There are a lot of employees including some managers who really go out of their way to always make it a good experience. Like I would rather go to Kroger than the mall��
I just wanted to thank Austin in customer service for helping me solve my gift card issue! You made my 11 yr old son so very happy for getting our issue corrected. We love our Pataskala Kroger!!!
This Kroger store's managers, workers, and patrons are so giving! The Nationwide Children's Hospital "Paws for a Cause" was welcomed by all! Thanks Pataskala for giving kids some comfort while in the hospital. ❤
