12/13/2019. Willis TX Kroger. Poorly managed, out of stock, unfriendly. Went for seven items today, found them out of Zatarain's rice, empty hole on shelf. Meat market only had family packs of 8-10 cutlets. Clerk checked and confirmed they were out of the smaller packages, no offer to grind some or repackage what they had. Checked out, 5 of my 7 items, just as the rude sounding instructions ordered, got to he front door and an alarm goes off and my cart wheels are locked.
