I understand that you all have to eat lunch but I don't understand why you all can't have somebody there while the pharmacy is open and stagger when you all take lunches! I drove from O'Fallon Missouri and got there at 13:01 and was told they could not wait on me because they were closed for lunch until 13:30 which is absolutely ridiculous so I will stop using this pharmacy and have it transferred elsewhere! Quick and fast service
I am happy with my prescriptions but I often get texts that say I have something That I need to pick up and then I find that I still have plenty of that medication. I’m supposed to get points on my Kroger card when I pay money for my prescriptions but they never seem to remember to ask me for my card and I sometimes forget which is very aggravating. They should ask for my Kroger card each time in my opinion!
