Been using this pharmacy for years and the service is getting worse and worse. Rude, disrespectful, lots of errors, not willing to help. Time to move on….
Kroger Pharmacy in Mason oh on 741 , Been with them for 20 plus years,But the last year or so,some of the staff are very rude not very helpful,Hardly get updates when medication is fills, There enrollment for automatic refill is a joke They do have some very good staff members that are great, But we move all our prescription to Yost,
AVOID THIS PHARMACY THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTTT ALLLLLL THE MÉDECINE MAKE IT IN BAD QUALITY PLUS THEY DONT FIND THE DOCTOR REQUEST WE WAIST OUR TIME WAITING AND WAITING THEM THE CLINIC CALLED THEM OMGGGGG
