All is well but the prices of the prescription drug Eliquis is Rediculous and Kroger pharmacy on Timberlake need sensitivity training. Today was our second time going there and was treated poorly both times. The doctor told us today we had nothing to worry about and that it was taken care of but Kroger Pharmacy tried to make us pay anyway and threatened to call the Police on us because we would not leave. Takes forever to get your prescription filled! They keep telling me to come back. Would not recommend this place period!
I went to urgent care this evening tested positive for the flu. I checked online and pharmacy was open till 6pm. I arrived at 5:50pm only to see in small print “we close 15 min early”. WTH!!! I am dying with the flu and would not have driven there if it just said closed at 5:45pm!!! I am furious!!
