I wish I had read these reviews earlier because I would not have felt so alone. The absolute lack of integrity it takes for a pharmacy worker to have a God loves you pair of earrings on while being hateful to you about your own medicine is outstanding. Especially with the last name of Hope or Love. The female pharmacist is absolutely out of control. Thankfully this pharmacy has made necessary changes and is fantastic now :)
It's 9/7 1:08pm. I am about to leave town and drive up to drive thru windows at 12:56, the person sees me and quickly pulls shade down so not to service me. I understand the pharmacy closes from 1-1:30 but that was the rudest customer service I have experienced from a pharmacy. Now I have to try and get my medication moved to where I'm headed.
Have been going to this pharmacy 3 years and have never experienced bad service. Have I sometimes waited a few minutes? Of course. But not ever very long. But, all staff are pleasant and professional.
