Either they don’t answer or answer & never come back. My Dr called in scripts. I went in stood in line for 30 minutes just to be told it’s gonna be another hour. It’s by the cold stuff so it’s freezing in there. My Dr called script in today around 2pm. I called at 6:30 still not showing up. Then they hung up while I was on hold. Horrible customer service!
